Free bring your lunch and learn training

• Description: Our popular "Lunch and Learn" training session is a casual, conversational learning environment conducted over the lunch hour with your team at your Puget Sound office location and lead by one of our experts on a topic of your choice. Scheduled on an as-available, first, come basis so please get on the schedule early.

If Your A Prospective Client: 

• Free Lunch and Learns provide both parties an opportunity to get to know each other in a comfortable and casual setting while we deliver immediate value with no cost or obligations. This is educational only and not intended to be a hidden sales call. Therefore there will be no sales pitch, sales literature, or sales related discussions initiated by our team!

• REQUIREMENTS: Two or more team members and a senior decision maker must attend and participate. A client provided conference room with projection capability and a whiteboard is highly desirable. Participants should provide their lunch meal and drinks.

If Your a Former Student:

• We provide an opportunity for our former students to continue to learn through topics aligned with their work environment and a way for our students to provide value for the rest of their team. 

• REQUIREMENTS: Three or more team members must attend and participate. A conference room at your work location with projection capability and a whiteboard is highly desirable. Participants should provide their lunch meal and drinks.

Portfolio Management Training 

• Our Portfolio Management training is provided by a certified Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and conforms to the Project Management Institute's core standards approach.  The topic includes emerging industry best practices and is tailored to address the specific needs and requirements of your organization. We will work with you to develop a custom training solution for your organization.

Project Management Training

• Our Project Management training is provided by a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and conforms to the Project Management Institute's core standards and Project Management Body of Knowledge. The topic includes emerging industry best practices and is tailored to address the specific needs and requirements of your organization. We will work with you to develop a custom training solution for your organization.

• Note for general Project Management training we recommend the Project Management Certificate Programs at Everett Community College and Bellevue College. We have an employee who has taught in these programs.

PMP & CAPM Exam Preparation Training

• Our PMP & CAPM Exam Preparation Training is provided by a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and conforms to the Project Management Institute's core standards and Project Management Body of Knowledge. We will work with you to develop a custom training solution for your organization.
