Trained teams in Zinger/Miller principles of Front Line Leadership and Working For Professionals. Developed and delivered targeted training for clients. Former Advisory Board Member and Instructor for the University of Washington’s (UW) technology-related certificate programs. Taught IT Resource Management (managing an IT organization), Local and Wide Area Network Technologies, and Advanced Topics in Data Communications through UW Extension Programs.
